Remove sections of the Race Relations Act which discriminate against the English
- Target:
- The British Government
- Region:
- United Kingdom
The details of the Race Relations Act in England mean that an employer can legally refuse an English person a job because they are English.
Although the law was brought in with good intentions, it has lead to effectively an acceptance of racism.
It is our opinion that the Race Relations Act is the most dangerous and racially prejudiced peace of UK legislation in British law at the present time.
We believe that it openly allows workplace discrimination against English people due to sections 35, 37, and 38 and that it also allows every other racial group to be alloted government funding, but bans funding to be alloted specifically to the English.
We call on the government to remove the discriminatory sections of the Act.
