It is clear that Mercy's resurrect ability is slowly destroying Overwatch as a game. Important kills are achieved, only to be countered by a well protected Mercy pressing a button. Ask any professional caster and they will agree with this. It is simply an unbalanceable ability. Together with Valkyrie as an ultimate, it denies any important plays in a matter of seconds and puts any team without Mercy at an immediate disadvantage.
There is simply no reason it needs to be in the game. Replacing it with another good ability will only create positivity for everyone involved.
As a community with a love for Overwatch, Mercy players included, we hereby request that resurrect be removed as an ability for Mercy and be replaced with another strong ability. Thank you!
