The common areas in our neighborhood should be taken care of by the city.
There are HOA programs that currently exist where they have common areas with pools, clubhouses, playgrounds and common grass areas and they charge less than what we are charged in Herriman Village.
We would like to propose that Herriman Village do away with our HOA (Advantage Management LLC) and request that the city of Herriman take over care, custody and control of our common areas and RV and Trailer storage areas.
With the increase of tax on our water we would ask that the city of Herriman take control of these areas.
