As the development of the Mormon church arised in the State of Uath, the reserved right of states gave a pre-justification to polygyny that led to an federal issue over all reconstructing our constitution to support such a systematic religion here in the U.S.
This type of behavior needs prosecution and conviction for the elements of genocide.
1. An element act of genocide is to cause serious bodily harm (sexual abuse) or/and mental harm to masses of peoples.
2. Such peoples belonging to a particular national, racial, ethnical or religious groups.
3. the perpetrator intend to destroy, in whole or in part (polygyny) national, racial, ethnical, or religious groups.
4. The conduct took place in the context of a manifest pattern of similar conduct directed against that group or was conduct that could itself effect such destruction. The term "in the context of" would include the initial acts in an emerging pattern; - The term "manifest" is an objective qualification (systematics; compounds).
This petition is especially intend for the Chridtian denominations unified by the Holy trinity..
We the Citizens of the United States Of America, supporters of humanity and integrity will push for the reconstruction of the existance of polygyny and the genocide that it may produce to the youth of the United States of America in all elements of justice, in the U.S. Supreme court.
