Reinstate Alex Salmond with full SNP Membership

Alex Salmond was wrongfully taken to court over sexual allegations which were nothing short of complete fabrications that should not have come to light. To add insult, the party deleted the history of his contribution to the party over the years like he’d never even been part of it which is in itself woefully unacceptable. Alex Salmond, out of respect and courtesy he has for his party, the party he led for many years, ripped up his membership to spare the party of any negativity when in actuality fact, the party should have been giving Alex all their support as one of theirs! There’s processes and procedures in place so why the accusers didn’t use these channels within government to raise their concerns at the time and allow for due process to be followed by an internal investigation at that point is ridiculous. This case against Alex should therefore never have got to the stage it did and end up in the courts with no material and tangable evidence . The SNP, now that the trial is over, should at the very least, reinstate his lifetime membership back into the party at no cost!
