For generations, Cambria citizens have had access to a network of trails on the Cambria Ranch. These trails connect the neighborhoods of Pine Knolls, Happy Hill, and Leimert with Bridge Street and both the East and West Villages of Cambria. The trails are a joy to hike, and in many cases, they are used by folks who would rather walk than drive to town, thus decreasing traffic and its related problems.
Recently, the forest in question has been enclosed by a 6 strand barbed wire fence, making the trails inaccessible.
We have formed a group called Neighbors of Open Space (NOOS). Our goal is to regain access to the above mentioned trail system.
We, the undersigned, support the goal of Neighbors of Open Space and request that the trails of the Cambria Ranch be once again made accessible to the residents of Cambria.
