Tour operators employees are not eligible for unemployment as they were not for the 534€ at the beginning of the summer even though we normally work only for 6 months. Hotel employees and bus drivers were eligible even though our jobs are pretty similar and there are many mutual factors. So not only we didn’t get 534€/month for 3 months(as we start mid of April), but now we were informed that we won’t get any money for the next 6 months of not working. We strongly believe this is not fair and we had to do something about it. We can not let this pass.
We ask you to sign this petition and help us achieve our goal. It is a very important matter as most of us have families and no financial support from the government for such a long period of time.
