Reform or Abolish Children's Aid Societies in Canada

HELP THE ONTARIO OMBUDSMAN RETAIN JURISDICTION OVER ALL CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETIES! Our children are at RISK without the oversight of Children's Aid Societies and there Workers.

PLEASE HELP ADD A PROVISION TO THE CHILD&FAMILY SERVICES STATUE LAW AMENDMENT ACT! to give the ONTARIO OMBUDSMAN AUTHORITY OVER ALL CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETIES.

Administrative decisions taken by these Societies have LIFE & DEATH impact on children in need.

CAS workers tell parents there unfit etc, and that there child is better off in care or made CROWN WARD , So why are children dying , murdered or abuse while in their care !

CAS needs to be held "Accountable for their Actions". CAS workers need to be reigistered with the ONTARIO COLLEGE OF SOCIAL WORKERS & SOCIAL SERVICE WORKERS despite the TITLE'S they use.

Another child has died while under legal custody of the Children's Aid Society! This 3yr old child was killed by at 14 yr old ! His mother will never see him again! And the Children's Aid Society needs to be held responsible due to the fact that they had placed a 14 yr that had just been released from a detention center into a foster home were she killed a 3yr old child.

CAS Workers must be stopped, our Government needs to start protecting our children from this Society
We need to protect our children and keep them with their parents , not place them in harms way,

Parents should have to go to court before their child can be removed or apprehended !

They need to STOP ABUSING their POWER AND AUTHORITY , AND LIES, and MANIPULATIONS .

WE THE PEOPLE WANT OUR CHILDREN'S AID WORKERS TO BE REGISTERED DESPITE THEIR TITLES!

WE WANT THE WORKERS AND THE SOCIETY TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

WE WANT VIABLE EVIDENCE AND PROOF AND A COURT DATE BEFORE CHILDREN CAN BE REMOVED OR APPRHENDED!

WE WANT THE SOCIETY TO BE INVESTIGATED AND TO STOP ABUSING THEIR POWER AND AUTHORITY.

WE WANT CHILDREN RETURNED TO THEIR PARENTS !

WE WANT THE GOVERNMENT AND FUNDRAISERS TO STOP FUNDING THE CAS, TO TAKE CHILDREN OR GET THEM ADOPTED OUT !

WE WANT CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETIES TO STOP BEING INTRUSIVE ! AND JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY!
