This petition has been written to obtain property that was taken from me on March 5, 2004. It was a 1997 Dodge Caravan ID# 1B4GP54L5VB331676. I used my refund to purchase this vehicle and now having it confiscated has hindered me from working. I let my brother use the van unaware of the situation at the time. I understand the reason for it being taken but now that the situation has been somewhat resolved i would like to have it back. I hope that you see fit to return my property.
