Lebanon is becoming more and more polluted because of the emissions of greenhouse gasses that come from our transportation. The country’s public transportation has been mediocre for decades. In the 50s and 60s there was a railroad network that went across the country. The tracks stopped because of the civil war and they haven’t been used since. It is time for us to bring back our trains to improve Lebanon socially, environmentally and economically.
We, the undersigned, call the ministry of transport and public works to bring back our railroads to improve Lebanon’s quality of life for all.
