Cuban opposition leader Oswaldo Payá was murdered in Cuba by Castro's State Security on Sunday July 22, 2012. The United States of America has known this from the beginning, because Secretary of State John Kerry demanded an independent investigation about this extrajudicial crime. Now it's time to honor that request, while the U.S. President Barack Obama and John Kerry visit Cuba in March 2016.
