The pledge of allegiance was first written in 1892 and used in the public schools system. The schools should continue to be able to teach our children to have pride in our country.
We freely live in the United States of America because of soldier's who fought and continue to fight for our freedom. America needs to continue to show respect and honor for what has been done for them.
The pledge of allegiance gives us a brief history lesson on what our country was made on. It shows ours love for God and for our country. We need to teach our children and our children's children what America was founded on. This country started with one nation under God.
We must unite together and put the pledge of allegiance back in our schools. The pledge of allegiance is a simple way to say thank you for what has been done for Americans. Please join us by signing this petition to help restore America one step at a time.
