Hello all, hopefully we made progress with the River Park on the Brazos HOA this year. Thanks for your participation. Eric Jubert.
The 2008 board that represents River Park on the Brazos homeowner association is changing our bylaws without input from homeowners.
One such bylaw that's been changed is that concerning the use of portable basketball goals. The board has now written in a rule that forces homeowners to "store their portable BB systems out of view" every evening.
The residents of Thistlerock Lane and Brushmeade Lane, a circle of streets behind the Presbyterian church, feel as though the new rule is not realistic, and the issue too important to be ruled on by the five member board alone.
We, the undersigned, wish to either have a committee created to review and update the bylaws concerning the use of portable basketball goals as necessary, OR put the matter to vote by River Park on the Brazos association homeowners.
