Punishment

Azerbaijan is a real hell for stray dogs they are slaughtered every day in spite of Signed European Convention of Pet Animal Protection in 2007 and Administrative Offences Code of Azerbaijan Republic / Code 274 .
We can not stop this fascism and government remains blind.
Exdeputy of Azerbaijan Republic Etibar Huseynov offered to Export Stray Dogs to China and it will be double profit for the country we will get rid of stray dogs and the government will earn money .
Please help to punish this “person”
