Teachers have been bullying students for more than just decades and I believe that their mental health is what's at fault here. A psychological test will distinguish from a teacher who can handle stressful situations and ones who can't. To stop verbal and physical abuse a psychological test can prevent teachers from harming their students.
We who sign are calling to raise awareness of teachers bullying students and demand a mandatory psychological test for the teachers of California to complete.
