The power rock band SIREN was formed in 2011 by Devon Mycah in Los Angeles, CA. The band started touring in 2012 playing venues such as The World Famous Whisky A Go Go, Rocklahoma, and supporting national acts all over the United States.
In 2014, another artist who is signed to Warner Brothers Records is now using the name SIREN. Even their marketing and PR team are confusing the two as the first SIREN is being tagged on their own social media and magazine.
SIREN has been in use under Common Law Trade Dress Laws since 2011. This petition is to show every location in which the first SIREN has used and is know for the name SIREN.
We, the undersigned, call on Warner Brothers Records to change the name of their artist going by SIREN because we are already aware of the rock band SIREN that has been using the name since 2011.
