Cardiff has been providing a range of high quality services supporting children from the most disadvantaged areas to access play opportunities.
Drastic cut backs are proposed which will eliminate the core budget leaving, costing many jobs and depriving children of opportunities to play in safe and welcoming environments.
Please sign the petition and help Cardiff Children to play.
We call on the cabinet of Cardiff Council to reconsider the proposed cuts to children's play services.
Without funding, thousands of play opportunities will disappear, and the rights of children will be breached - as well as the council's statutory duty to provide play and leisure opportunities for children.
