Five years ago, Winners and Losers first aired on Channel 7. It turned out to be an extremely popular show, which many of us could relate to.
Two years ago, another popular show called A Place to Call Home was given the axe by Channel 7 just after two seasons. However, with people power and social media, the show was saved, picked up by Foxtel and is now in its fourth season. Unfortunately, history is about to repeat itself!
Channel 7 have again decided to do a cruel thing by swinging the axe on another popular, favourite show! This time, it's Winners and Losers. For Channel 7, it is all about money. They don't give a rats about their viewers. Instead, they choose to air cheap reality shows and rubbish like X Factor and Home and Away.
This petition has been created to show those greedy bastards who call themselves Channel 7 how many of us are angry that another excellent show is about to be lost.
We aim to prove that people power and social media will again prevail! It has been done before and we, the veiwers, the fans, the people, can do it again successfully.
