Be it declared that all authors and enforcers of Covid-19 mask mandates, lockdowns, vaccine mandates and other coercive control measures are guilty of treason for their action in taking part in a foreign supported insurrection against the constitutional republic of the United States, with both expressed and publicly unexpressed allegiance to the foreign and hostile government of China, which is currently threatening to send warships into United States waters.
These actions were taken with the intention of weakening the United States economically and morale-wise during this undeclared modern Cold War with the enemy, communist China.
Their actions directly led to the enrichment of the Chinese state run economy and the depletion of the United States economy, with the specific purpose of precipitating a Chinese takeover of the US government.
Treason is "the highest of all crimes"—defined as intentionally betraying one's allegiance by levying war against the government or giving aid or comfort to its enemies.
Article III, Section 3, Clause 1:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Someone can be convicted of treason even if the attempt to aid isn't successful or the enemy's goal isn't achieved.
We, the undersigned, call on both houses of the US Legislative branch to eliminate the use of tyrannical mitigation methods by officially classifying the authorship and / or the enforcement of any unconstitutional mandates as treason.
