What Dave Throup doesn't know about rivers and flooding isn't worth knowing. He is a hero to the residents of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, tirelessly working around the clock to get the latest information out about river levels and the flooding situation in the two counties.
He works tirelessly to ensure that residents of Herefordshire and Worcestershire can get from A to B safely during flooding situations.
