This petition is going to be used to ask the city of Hartsville to annex the people along S 5th street from Racetrack Rd. to the city Limits we must Have this signed by everyone so please help out!!
If we get annexed the city will provide all its services such as trash, sewage and water and even police medical and fire services.
I am the sole owner of land to be annexed to the city limits of Hartsville and would like it to be annexed into the city of Hartsville.
