There are an increasing number of skateboarders, bike riders and inline skaters in Lyndoch and the general Barossa area, and a skate park for these people would make skating a much safer activity in these parts for the people living in and near Lyndoch.
By keeping these people off the roads and in a park there will be less injuries.
The added park would also be an attraction for residents and tourists alike, which would in turn bring the town a lot more attention and therefore more money to sustain the already beautiful area.
Dear Barossa Council, please consider building a skate park in the Lyndoch area so the people who participate in wheel sports have a safe place to do so.
