Peter Soulsby please re think and Invest in New Flumes for Leicester Leys

Leicester city council are currently doing a Sports and leisure services review and looking at ways to improve our leisure centres; how they can encourage more people to use them through proposed investment, and changes to swimming pool opening times.

Leicester Leys leisure centre is the only Leisure facility within the council and is used by thousands of people, not just from Leicester but by people throughout the east midlands.

4 sites have been chosen for investment and Leicester leys isn't one of them, why is this fair????!!!??????

They want to encourage more people to use our facilities and want to invest in facilities to make sure people have the best possible experience to improve their health and wellbeing.
But why not invest in New Flumes. We want to encourage our children to more active and use centres, so where is the investment for the children, All the focus seems to be in is Gyms and fitness memberships.

Help us tell Peter Soulsby what we really want and support our petition to get some investment at Leicester Leys.
