Due to the continued inability of The United States government to pass a balance budget, this petition is designed as a pledge from the citizens of the U.S.A to give incentive to lawmakers to come to an agreement to get our fiscal house in order.
Recognizing that getting the Federal Budget balanced is no small task, we the undersigned, agree to pledge to the Federal Government of The United States of America a personal interest free loan via a 2 year Treasury of at least a minimum of $100 per person.
This would occur starting the year after the balanced budget occurs, but only if the budget is balanced no later than 2016 in order to give the government adequate time to repair the broken fiscal policies we currently operate under.
