We are concerned about the negative developments regarding nominations for the executive membership of the convocation. We understand that the nomination of Palesa Kadi as a candidate for this executive position in the convocation has been unfairly disqualified.
RE-INSTATE PALESA KADI AS DULY NOMINATED CANDIDATE FOR THE UWC CONVOCATION!!!
We, the undersigned are the former students and graduates of the University of the Western Cape. We demand, through this petition that the nomination of Palesa Kadi be reinstated in the absence of a valid reason for its disqualification. We further demand that the Annual General Meeting of 03 June 2017 accept these signatures as votes for the election of Palesa Kadi into the convocation executive.
