Unincorporated King County of Washington State has had Paintball for over 18 years and as urban growth expands less land is available to play on.
We have forty five acres of undeveloped land no elec, no water, no buildings and King County wants to charge a fee of $20,888.27 for permit fees.
We feel that we should be exempt from these fees since we are not developing the land.
We, the undersigned, call on King County to exempt land that is undeveloped and is not developed with utility's or brick and motar from premit fees.
