We the residents of Rockcliffe, New Edinburgh, and Lindenlea herein express our objections and dissent to Planning Board and Council’s approval of the current Site Plan proposal for 65 Acacia Avenue.
The 5 Storey 12 Unit proposal:
1. Violates the Heritage character of Rockcliffe’s Acacia Streetscape.
2. Destroys the Private Yards of adjacent Properties.
3, Exceeds Required Setbacks on all four Building Sides.
4. Creates dangerous Automobile Access and Egress on Acacia Avenue.
5. Removes and Destroys All Trees on the Sensitive Hill Site.
