The motocross activity at 100 E. Oakridge has continued to increase over the last year, thus disturbing the surrounding residents and businesses with high noise and vibration levels, occuring throughout the day, several days a week, in cycles. Various complaints have been launched and documented with both APD and Planning & Development.
We, the owners, residents, businessmen of this area are OPPOSED to allowing the current motocross and associated activities to continue through the rezoning of the property at 100 E. Oakridge and all properties adjoining.
We, the undersigned, call on Mr. Izzi to cease all activities permanently or until a noise and vibration abatement solution can be put in place and approved by all parties.
