As a resident, I'm sure you are aware that the Spadina entrance to Neo/4K Spadina has had access blocked entirely on November 23, 2010.
I believe that this doorway should be reopened to be used for daily access by residents.
After trying to get this matter cleared up by contacting the Board of Directors and property management. I have decided to start a petition to appeal their decision to block this doorway. There are no facts to prove that having access to this entrance increased vandalism or crime.
As a resident, I believe that having this entrance reopened will create a more pleasurable enjoyment of our building.
