THE POWER OF THE INDIGENOUS NORTH AMERICAN PEOPLE and CITIZEN OF BOTH CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH TRUE DECOLONIZATION UNDER THE UNITED NATIONS DECOLONIZATION DECLARATION OF 1960 RESTRUCTURING OFFICIAL DECLARATION AND NOTICE

RESTRUCTURING POLITICS AND GOVERMENT POLICIES WITHIN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES GOVERNING STRUCTURES WHO WILL NOW ANSWER TO THE PEOPLE WITHOUT SECRECY AND DUPLICITY AND WITHOUT FINAL SIGNING OR DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY AS THESE ARE NOW RETURNING WITHIN THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE AND NOT WITHIN THE AUTHORITY OF ELECTED OFFICIALS.

LEAVING NO ROOM FOR CORRUPTION OR ABUSE OF POWERS WITHIN NORTH AMERICA AND WORLDWIDE AND TWO ROW TREATY PROTECTION FOR ALL NORTH AMERICAN PEOPLES
AND THE EARTH.

We, as Haudenosaunee Peoples of the Five Nations being part of The Nations of Sovereign Indigenous Original Peoples whom have always been to this day; THE ORIGINAL TRUSTEES and CARETAKERS of these North American Lands named Canada and The United States of America given to us known as TURTLE ISLAND including its fresh Inland and Sea Waters, and all Islands of which and being part of our Mother Earth, along with all of our brothers and sisters, all of our relatives who presently reside upon her will with all of our brothers and sisters and all of our relatives as the citizens of The United States of America and Canada will undertake:

Through proper DECOLONIZATION measures undertaking and restructuring of both the Governments of CANADA and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Constitutions by returning them to their original and true intent and a further reforming of Governments will be undertaken by the Sovereign Indigenous Nations of North America and our relatives the citizens of CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES PLACING;

All Indigenous and Universal Human Rights, and consideration to the Earth, Waters, Seas, and Skies will be RESPECTED and SUPERCEDE all other man made Laws, Treaties, Concordats, such as Constitutional Law, Canon Law, Admiral Law, and National Common and Civil Laws, International Laws, Corporate Law or any other Agreements or Corporations that do not respect above all else, the Earth and Indigenous and Human Rights upon these North American Lands named Canada and The United States of America given to us, known as TURTLE ISLAND including its fresh Inland and Sea Waters, and all Islands of which and being part of our Mother Earth, who so willingly and beautifully shared all of her gifts for us all to enjoy, nurture and protect provided by the one true “Creator”.

We will further be restructuring Politic Procedures and Government Policies within CANADA and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA who will now answer to the Sovereign Indigenous North American Nations and the Citizens without secrecy and duplicity, leaving no room for corruption or abuse of powers within North America or within each CANADA and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA;

Take it upon ourselves along with our relatives, the citizens of Canada and the United States of America and its Islands to protect all life upon, within and above Turtle Island and upon, within and above all of Mother Earth and the Universe as being the examples for peace without wars to be taught and experienced throughout the world by being the example of true democracy.

And therefore IMMEDIATLY and without the need of lengthy decolonization procedures; take full responsibility along with our relatives, the citizens of North America as now being “The True Hierarchal Governing Final Authority within each Canada and the United States of America comprising and it’s lands, islands waters, seas and skies so all can truly enjoy true peace and harmony worldwide by removing final signing authority and the undertaking of executive orders from the present DE FACTO governing authorities of both Canada - Prime Minister Stephen Harper, the Governor general and Commander in-Chief David Johnston and The United States of America - President Barack Obama and the those under them.

Therefore; we also DECLARE that:
We, as Haudenosaunee Peoples of the Five Nations being part of The Nations of Sovereign Indigenous Original Peoples whom have always been to this day; THE ORIGINAL TRUSTEES and CARETAKERS of these North American Lands named Canada and The United States of America given to us known as TURTLE ISLAND including its fresh Inland and Sea Waters, and all Islands of which and being part of our Mother Earth, along with all of our brothers and sisters, all of our relatives who presently reside upon her will with all of our brothers and sisters and all of our relatives as the citizens of The United States of America and Canada undertake to:

1. Re-structure two (2) true Governing bodies of “the People” in each the Parliament of Canada and the United States White House as the only rightful final signing authorities above the present Prime Ministerial and House of Commons and Presidential and Congressional Governing bodies such as done within the Clan System and Constitution of “The Great Law - The White Roots of Peace” which is the oldest constitution and part of both of the constitutions within North America that if followed, can ensure World Peace amongst all Nations.

2. The Nations of Indigenous Original Peoples as THE ORIGINAL TRUSTEES and CARETAKERS of these North American Lands will create a Grand Council and consisting of 2 other Councils for Canada and The United States governing bodies that will report back to the grand councils of the peoples within each community.

3. The existing governments of Canada and the United States will proceed as they should have been ““In Service to the People” without final authority and by having the elected officials go to each of their ridings with the items on agenda; referendum style for the citizens of those ridings to approve or disapprove. This will be done from all levels within all legislatures within the Federal, Provincial and Municipal and territorial levels, just as it will be done within the original Indigenous Nations in each of their communities.

4. All Original Indigenous Nations together with all Citizens within each Country will sit on each side of the two row wampum each side taking their place as equal voices bearing equal weight, and the further sharing of the “One Bowl, One Spoon Wampum” ensuring that each sides of the “Two Row Wampum” benefit and govern equally within each Canada and the United States of America as it should have been done since the beginning and as it was intended during our ancestors Treaty negotiations.

5. Both Governing Authorities of “The People” within both Countries will ratify and restructure the existing Constitutions through holding a Constitutional referendum as should have been done with all major decision making and undertaking.

6. Canada and the United States will remain separated by borders for the Citizens of Canada and the United States of America. The Indigenous Original North American Peoples will remain without borders as have jurisdiction and being indigenous to all of North America.

7. The Indigenous Original Peoples Treaties will be dealt with in a fair and just manner, as well as incorporating their constitution of the great law within our national constitutions agree to the true implementation of the two row wampum belt which has been infringed upon by those they have previously negotiated treaties with.

8. The Indigenous Original Peoples will be respected as they have the right to denunciation of the Treaties under the Vienna Convention on Treaties 1960 once the proper decolonization is underway even if the United States or Canada has refused to sign the Indigenous and Universal human rights conventions and participation into the Vienna International convention of treaties in order to avoid criminal charges and to further their agenda of deceit.

9. The Indigenous Original Peoples of North America and the Citizens of Canada will Govern as the only rightful final signing authorities above the present Governing Prime Ministerial, Provincial and Territorial and Municipal bodies without final signing authority of Canada as “the people” will now replace the Queen and The Governor General and located within its Parliament and other Federal Buildings and all those under them.

10. The Indigenous Original Peoples of North America and the Citizens of The United States will Govern as the only rightful final signing authorities above the present Governing Presidential and Congressional, State and Municipal bodies without final signing authority of the United States as; the offices of “The People” will be now located within the White House and other Federal buildings and those under them.

The trusteeship of The United States of America and Canadian Governing present authorities, Queen Elisabeth II and her commonwealth are in breach of the inalienable indigenous and human rights of the North American Original Indigenous Peoples and the Peoples (citizens) of both the United States of America and Canada and have committed treason punishable by law even if they are claiming “Sovereign” as sovereign for the purpose of decolonization means, sovereign to the LAND.

We, the undersigned; declare and acknowledge having read the entire Declaration and that we agree and consent completely to this undertaking by the Haudenosaunee Peoples of the Five Nations and all Original Indigenous Sovereign Nations of North America Turtle Island`` and THE PEOPLE (citizens) of CANADA and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

We, the undersigned; declare and acknowledge having read the entire Declaration and that we agree and consent completely to this undertaking by the Haudenosaunee Peoples of the Five Nations and all Original Indigenous Sovereign Nations of North America Turtle Island`` and THE PEOPLE (citizens) of CANADA and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
