Norman Road Block Association - Pave our streets

The Norman Road Block Association was established in April 2006, and incorporated in the Great State of New Jersey as a Social Not for-Profit Organization in 2006.

The Norman Road Block Association, Inc. was declared Tax Exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, September 3, 2004.

We take great pride in our ability to promote social welfare of residents of Norman Road, Newark, New Jersey by improving living conditions and business opportunities for residents, by seeking community improvements, including but not limited to improvements in infrastructure, policing, sanitation and other public services.

The Norman Road Block Association, Inc. is organized exclusively for social welfare purposes. We endeavor to promote social welfare by creating a dialogue among residents and businesses of the surrounding Vailsburg area and local authorities in order to develop solutions to common problems and concerns affecting Norman Road, and the Vailsburg Neighborhood.
