The NCHA Rule 5a, page 36 NCHA rule book, is discriminatory to many non professional NCHA members.
The following NCHA members and supporters of cutting do not support the wording of this rule and the process the NCHA is undertaking to determine which members are breaking this rule is inconsistent and discriminatory.
We the undersigned call the National Cutting Horse Association of Australia to change rule 5a with extensive consultation of NCHA members.
