We, the people of Beau View Subdivision, in Willis, TX, are requesting that necessary action be taken to, any and all, property owners, to abide by the restrictions in place, regarding the type of single family structures to be built onto all lots within the subdivision. Since 2000, NO mobile homes are allowed, only homes on concrete slabs with a minimum of 1120 sq. ft. on single story homes. Currently, we have a new lot owner, installing a mobile home on a recently purchased lot. This subdivision, and all property owners within it, are requesting an enforcement of the deed restrictions in place.
We, the undersigned, call on Montgomery County enforcers to uphold the owner of Lot 23, Blk 2, Beau View 01, also known as, 14050 Overstreet Willis, TX 77318, of his legal obligations as a Beau View property owner. He must comply to the deed restrictions in place. We need immediate interference to stop this mobile home from being installed into this subdivision.
