Non violent three strike offenders. If a felon has commited three non violent crimes he/she will not have a lifetime sentence or a redundant amount sentence for a small crime.
Example someone is givin a lifetime of being in prison because their third strike was stealing a bike.
I am not giving a scenario i made up my dad's friend Jed is now in prison for the rest of his life because he stole a bike. That is a punishment that does not fit the crime.
I feel that depending on the crime itself that if it is petty it should not count as a strike. But these petty crimes, or misdemeener, enough of them would count as a strike.
What is stolen also should be grounds for punishment, how it is stolen also.
Life time prison sentence will not be given to non violent three strike offenders.
