Due to the outages all Telstra customers are experiencing and the bad service I'm sure we have all received from Telstra, I think it's now time that Telstra credits their customers financially rather than providing free data allowance. Most of customers don't use their allowance, so this reimbursement means nothing.
Time to own up Telstra and start changing your processes and procedures as there are far too many unhappy customers Nationwide with you.
Own up and pay up.
