The Draft Constitution submitted by the CoE should not be passed during the referendum. Vote NO!. It will be a hard and long process to amend any clause that is contentious now.
We should reject it. We want a good constitution not a new constitution. I am not against any Muslim in Kenya but the fact that the Word 'Muslim' is mentioned 7 times in the constitution and there is no mention of 'Christian', 'Hindu' or any other religion makes me doubt the constitution.
The constitution should not be a secular one, but it should at least equally represent each religion in Kenya.
I will vote NO! in the upcoming referendum and also will rally others to vote NO!
