Baytree (UK) Ltd has over the last five years has attempted to build a housing development on the Land R/o 61-79 Elmers End Road. Permission has been granted for 4 two storey dwellings. Baytree is now attempting to add as many as 3 further dwellings.
Bromley Council has refused this further development, calling it 'excssive' and 'overdeveloping' this small piece of land… 'out of character and seriously detrimental to surrounding properties…'.
We, the undersigned, fully support Bromley Council's refusal of both planning applications for 5 and 7 dwellings plus parking spaces made by Baytree (UK) Ltd. We call on the Planning inspectorate on behalf of the Secretary of State to uphold the Council's decision.
