My commute time has tripled since the D.O.T. decided to add stop lights to on ramps on 285.
This has not helped anyone and it needs to stop.
I'm sure you've seen the new stop lights for on ramps on 285. These do nothing but congest the area trying to get onto the highway and can be actually quite dangerous. People will do anything to get their place in line.
If that means making improper lane changes or cutting anyone off than so be it. At my exit on Chamblee Dunwoody I use to drive directly on the highway. Sometimes without stopping. Now I wait 30 minutes just to get on the Highway. How has this helped anyone? I don't know about you but my commute time has tripled.
So please sign this petition. Maybe if enough of us sign the D.O.T. will remove these idiotic and dangerous stop lights.
