Riverpointe is a new single family housing development built by Orrin Thompson. We have been informed that the undeveloped land adjacent from our neighborhood has also been purchased by Orrin Thompson. We are requesting that approximately three acres of this land be purchased by the ciy of Otsego for a city park with bike/walking paths.
We, the residents of RiverPointe, would like a City park built on the adjacent land from our development.
