As the mayor said, a new stadium gets the city out of a bad lease that holds taxpayers 100% accountable for all maintenance and upkeep on Nissan Stadium. Renovations to Nissan Stadium are projected to be $1.8 billion!
A new stadium is not only cheaper for taxpayers, but also an incredible community asset that can host world-class events (like a Super Bowl!), concerts, and family entertainment any day of the year.
I've been a Titans fan since day one, but this isn't just about the Titans. It's what is best for the city.
