This petition is to show support of a well defined reasonable lighting ordinance the clearly defines the rules. We support allowing businesses and individuals the freedom to use lighting to improve their business and to allow individuals to use lighting to create a safe environment and to allow respectful Christmas lighting displays. The city of Neptune Beach should carefully craft the ordinance in a way as to not impede on a persons or businesses liberties.
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Neptune Beach to write a ordinance to be respectful to all residents and business owners rights to display exterior lighting on their homes and businesses.
