Name the Highland Springs Football Field, "Al Rinaldi Field" in honor of former Head Coach Al Rinaldi

Coach Rinaldi coached at Highland Springs from 1954-1961 and from 1973-1978. He coached the Springer's to their first State Championship in 1961 and took them to the State Finals in 1978.

He was a legendary coach in the Central Region and Commonwealth of Virginia. He inspired and motivated many coaches and players including Herman Boone of "Remember the Titans". He also was an innovator, teacher, and radio announcer.
