I've been working with the Dept of Child Protection from dec 2013 till August 2017. I've had two relationships which were violent in Australia. I tried to lodge my partner visa with my actual partner Adam Ford and it was invalid. They told me to go offshore and wait for almost a year till this visa gets confirmed. My partner is a full time employee, he can't join me. We were suggested to go and wait outside of Australia but he won't be able to join me. He also had a skin cancer scare last year in November and he needs regular check ups. He also looks after his mom and his sister with four minor children were in Port Hedland till not long ago. We are worried about them as we don't know where they are.
I am an Australian citizen and my name is Adam Ford. My partner's name is Liliana Calin. She's been in Australia for about 7 years and worked for the Child Protection Department for about 3,5 years. She can't lodge another permanent/partner visa with me as she had a visa cancelled in the past. I'm an Australian citizen and I work full time for a company in Port Hedland. I wouldn't be able to just leave my job and join her overseas. We were suggested she should go overseas on an " island near Australia " where she could stay longer till this visa gets confirmed. I'm very heart broken as we had to take care of my sister and her 4 young children age between: 14,9,8 and the youngest 20 months old. I also have my mom here in Port Hedland and she also needs our help. My partner was given 3 days to depart Australia till 20th July.
