Nestled on approximately 22 acres of land in Sunman, Indiana, the compound will consist of three tracks designed for specific off road vehicles and various age/experience groups. Portable restrooms will be provided for the community to use throughout their stay. Parking will be provided for trailers and trucks. There will be a strict no drug/alcohol policy to be adhered to at all times by anyone in the compound. Any user found with possession of drugs/alcohol will be immediately removed from the site and be denied access in the future. All entries will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to use the facility.
In partnership with my associate, the Davis Compound aims to bring a recreational vehicular park to Southeastern Indiana in order to provide a safe location for family and friends to spend riding recreational vehicles. Due to the growing interest of dirt bikes and UTV's amongst the community, the need for a designated area to ride has become apparent. The Davis Compound provides a safe environment for the community to ride without the risk of accidents amongst motor vehicles.
