Hi Moonlight Fans,
I am another extremely disappointed fan of the series Moonlight that was canceled way too early and for no apparent good reasons. This series expanded from fall 2007 to May 2008 and captured the imagination of many fans.
Not just because it was centered around a vampire PI played by (Alex O'Loughlin) and his struggle with his past and battling his inner demons, but also because it had in depth plotlines and the characters were interconnected and beautifully written and portrayed. Not to mention that it came out and was successful before the franchise was inundated with these vampire mediocrities.
This is why I'm starting this petition, because I'm sick of seeing mediocre and nonsensical shows surviving beyond their first season when this show which had success in it's first season during a difficult period namely the Writer's Strike was still turning out great ratings after the fact.
We, call on CBS to reinstate the original Moonlight, original cast, crew, writer's, directors, creators of the show and to allow the creators of Moonlight the opportunity to bring the series to it's fullest potential.
