Hi. My name is Christopher D. Severance and I currently reside in Owensboro, Ky.
My petition is simple. To allow the growth ( and possesion) of a controlled amount of marijuana to be allowed in whose ever household may choose to do so.
I ask the government to consider a personal permit with certain control factors (such as not being able to traffic) the substance to anyone besides the permit holder. I personally think it is sick that an individual can go out.. get drunk.. and kill themselves (or someone else) in a vehicle. This has happened way too many times.
Just compare any bar to woodstock. A LOT less violence and a completely different state of mind.
We, the undersigned, call on Congress, Capital Hill, the house of representatives, and the White House, to consider marijuana permits for the legal and personal use of marijuana.
