Jon Cooper received a $250 ticket from St. Albert RCMP as he attempted to use a quad to clear snow from a public sidewalk on Jan. 8, 2010. in St. Albert. I use my quad to remove snow from my driveway and my neighbours driveway.
My neighbours are seniors, and greatly appreciate the help especially in the freezing temperatures.
