We, the undersigned, call on British parliment and its members to make it compulsary for bycycles used on public highways (roads) .
To have insurance to cover damages and injury to 3rd parties and the property thereof.
In addition, to make it compulsary to have an identification plate clearly visible and displayed on bycycles in order that they and the rider can be traced and prosecuted where appropriate.
