make friday a school weekend: and make school start later

i firmly believe that school should start later in the day and friday should be a weekend because

starting school late would benefit students by increasing their productivity and brain function, because studies show that students/kids brains only start actually funtioning after 10am

for no school on fridays it would benefit students by making them less stressed the next week and creating a sense of fairness, however this might increase the school year.
