Upon seeing the success of the Watchmen motion comic (selling almost 60,000 units in its first week) it is apparent that there is an audience for this sort of entertainment.
Neil Gaiman's series Sandman would perform so well in this medium, as there are many people who would love to see this story adapted to a screen of any size.
We who sign this petition are asking DC, Warner Brothers, and Legendary Pictures to produce Neil Gaiman's comic series "Sandman" as a motion comic as they have done "Watchmen," but with a full cast of voice actors to portray the characters.
